Terms of Use
Last updated:
These Terms of Use govern your use of boarsallday.com, shop.boarsallday.com, and any hunt you book with Boars All Day (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using our websites or booking a hunt, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our sites or services.
Using our websites
- You must be at least 18 to book a hunt or make a purchase.
- Information you give us must be accurate and complete.
- You agree not to misuse the sites: no hacking, spamming, scraping, or interfering with how they work.
- We may change, suspend, or remove any part of our sites at any time.
Your use of our sites is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Bookings, deposits, and cancellations
- Deposit: a hunt is confirmed once we receive the $85 per-hunter hunt fee as a deposit.
- Refunds: the deposit is fully refundable until 14 days before your hunt. Within 14 days of your hunt, it is non-refundable. Please tell us as soon as possible if you can’t make your dates.
- Pricing: hogs are charged by whole-hog live weight at the current per-pound rate, as many as you shoot. Meat Park animals are priced per animal. Lodging, meat prep, thermal hunts, and non-hunter fees are charged at current rates.
- Minimum charge: if you hunt and don’t harvest anything, a $150 minimum plus lodging for the nights you stayed applies.
- Wounded animals: if a guide finds blood, bone, or flesh, or the animal is seen hit and not recovered, it counts as a harvested animal: an $85 minimum per hog and full price for Meat Park animals.
- Weekends are reserved for parties of four or more hunters, and non-hunters are $85 each on weekends. Exceptions may be made, so please ask.
- Lodging is only for groups actively hunting. Check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM.
- No-shows forfeit their deposit.
- Cancellations by us: if we must cancel for weather, safety, or conditions beyond our control, we’ll reschedule your hunt or refund your deposit.
- Prices, packages, and availability may change before your booking is confirmed.
We don’t guarantee that you will see, shoot, or harvest any animal. Hunting outcomes depend on weather, animal behavior, and your own skill.
Hunt rules and safety
- Every hunter must sign our liability waiver and release before hunting.
- Every hunter must have a valid Texas hunting license (resident or non-resident) before hunting and must follow all state and federal hunting laws.
- Follow all ranch rules, guide instructions, and firearm safety practices at all times.
- Any hunting style is allowed (bow, crossbow, handgun, rifle, shotgun, black powder, and more), but no shotgun buckshot.
- Hunters under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian.
- Alcohol is not provided. Guests may bring their own, but it is allowed only after the evening hunt. No illegal drugs at any time.
- We may remove anyone who acts unsafely, breaks the law, or ignores ranch rules, with no refund.
- You are responsible for any damage you or your group cause to ranch property, equipment, or lodging.
Assumption of risk and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Boars All Day, its owners, staff, guides, and landowners are not liable for injury, death, loss, or damage arising from your hunt, stay, or use of our sites, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the booking involved.
The signed waiver controls if it conflicts with these terms.
